What is involved in a tear out?
Whether it is a driveway, parking lot, retaining walls, etc., we start at ground zero and first have the county search for all lines, wiring, etc. When this passes, we accomplish demo with machine and man power, and excavate for proper heights. All materials are hauled off by truck and/or dumpster. All steps are communicated with the client before the job commences.
