What is involved in a SWAT session?
Each SWAT session will begins with a warm up, to get the muscle and joint tissues fired up for the session. Then, it is fat burning time. The sessions are all based around strength coach Charles Poliquin’s concept of German Body Composition Training. Coach Poliquin has trained Olympic Gold medalists in 16 different sports, making him arguably the ‘winningest’ strength coach in history. His ‘forte’ is stripping fat from clients in record time, during their off seasons, and his Body Composition Training is how he does it. The idea is to create a huge build up of lactic acid in the system, which causes a large amount of human growth hormone (HGH) to be released.
