What is involved in a Shamballa /Reiki treatment?
During a treatment you are placed fully clothed on a massage table with soothing music and low light to create a warm, peaceful, secure and serene atmosphere. The treatments lasts up to an hour depending on the depth of the individual’s needs; for pets less time is needed. There is light laying on of hands throughout the treatment and depending on which modality you choose crystals and sound may be used during the treatment. Sensations experienced range from feeling heat, cool, tingling in fingers to seeing swirling colors and visions; some people even have out of body experiences and report seeing or hearing spirit guides.
