What is Intuits guarantee or return policy?
Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks, offers a 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee for most of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with an Intuit product, please return it for a full refund of the product purchase price (excludes shipping and handling). For retail purchases, the product must be returned to Intuit’s Distribution Center and postmarked 60 days from the specific ship date in order to eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes the manual, CD-ROM, disk(s), and a copy of the receipt if purchased at retail. Intuit recommends that the return be shipped via a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail.
