What is introduction to sociology like?
I just took sociology last semester. Intro is a pretty basic class and it is just the study of people in groups. You’ll learn about discrimination, how women are treated differently than men, aging, some economics, some psychology, just a little bit of everything. I thought it was pretty interesting and tied in well with all of my other classes. Of course, course content and how in depth you get will depend on your school, textbook, and teacher. I’m sure you’ll do fine though!
