Internet Time Synchronization allows our computer clock to be synchronized with a time server on the Internet. • Open Control Panel. • On the Windows XP default Start menu, click Control Panel. • On the Windows XP classic Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. • In the Control Panel, open the Date and Time dialog box. • If the computer is in Category View, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Date and Time. • If the computer is in Classic View, double-click the Date and Time icon. • In the Date and Time Properties dialog box, click the Internet Time tab. • On the Internet Time tab, make a selection, and then click OK. • To enable Internet Time Synchronization, select the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server check box. • To disable Internet Time Synchronization, clear the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server check box. • In Control Panel, click the File menu, and then click Close.
