What is Internal Quality Assurance Cell(IQAC)?
It is a Cell to be created by the institution, which has a mechanism to assess the quality internally and implement necessary quality interventions from time to time. Guidelines are provided by the NAAC for the establishment of IQAC (Even though NAAC suggests establishment of IQAC as a post accreditation activity, it is for the institution to set up IQAC even before accreditation). The IQAC will be responsible for preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report(AQAR) for submission to NAAC.
