It’s actually quite a new phenomenon after a recent study came out showing that people that tried it out lost weight, increased health and were believed to have a long lifespan. Even though the science is relatively new and there isn’t much out there, a lot of people believe this is going to the next big thing in the way we eat. The idea is actually quite simple. You get to eat anything you want, no matter how fattening, over a 24hr period. The next 24hrs will be a fast and at this time you just get the basics like water. This cycle is repeated and this is how your diet will become. A lot of people think that this would lead to you really cutting down on the amount of food you eat and that is false. After you fast for a 24hr period, end up eating a lot more on your eating days. Typically about the same amount you’d eat over a two day 48hr period.
