What is Interlibrary Loan?
The Interlibrary Loan department borrows materials from other libraries for use by members of the SJU/CSB academic communities. The department borrows materials which are not available at SJU or CSB. Materials are borrowed locally through a direct borrowing network, regionally through the MINITEX network, and nationally through OCLC.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is the process by which a library requests materials from and/or supplies materials to another library. The purpose of interlibrary loan is to obtain, upon request of a library user, materials not available in the user’s local library. Interlibrary Loan Code for the United States Georgia State University Library Interlibrary Loan services are available only to our currently enrolled students, faculty and staff. Library accounts must be in good standing. Other library users should contact their primary academic, public or corporate library for interlibrary loan services.
