What is Intensive Reading Instruction and Math Instruction funding?
Intensive Reading Instruction and Math Instruction funding is non-competitive funding provided to schools with students enrolled in Grades 4-8 that have failed to improved student performance in reading and/or mathematics. This funding is to be used to provide immediate, targeted instruction programs for students who are struggling in reading and/or mathematics.
