What is Integrated Supply chain Management (ISM)?
The primary goal of integrated supply chain management is the outsourcing of non-core business functions. Generally these relate to indirect spend across the client’s global operations. Key outsourced functions would include the sourcing, procurement; logistics and data management of stock and non-stock NPR spend, integrating the data accumulated with the client’s own asset care and ERP systems.
