What is insulting about being called a nappy-headed hos?

Like any intended insult, it is not really insulting if the person the insult is aimed at uses logic to defect any insult. I am speaking partly from ignorance, as I do not know what the word hos means, but irrespective of what it means, it needn’t be taken as an insult. If I was wearing a nappy on my head, the nappy headed bit would be descriptive, and not an insult. If I was not wearing a nappy on my head, and somebody called me that, then it is not an insult, because it is false, and it becomes a compliment, because if somebody needs to lie in an attempt to insult me, they can’t find anything true to say against me. Insults only work if you respect the opinion of the person saying the insult to you. Most intended insults are clearly nonsense, so they demonstrate ignorance of the person saying them, rather than an insult of the person they are saying it to.
