What is Instant Interviewer?
After applicants send resumes to you, they will receive an email request (within a few hours) with a link to complete additional information on an online questionnaire. Those who respond by answering these few questions will receive a score based on their experience and education level. The score is based on a standard setting of at least one year of experience and a four year degree. It is easy to change the setting for scoring by going to Advanced Options, then Scoring. Once the settings are changed, all existing resumes will be re-scored.
