What is input editing?
Input editing functionality, available in PowerWedge 20, decoded Snapshot, and Series 20 Plus, allows the user to have full control over the output format of a data string. A single string of data, e.g. 12345678, can be broken down into separate fields which can then be output in any sequence the user might desire. In addition, you have the option of omitting any characters in the string or inserting keyboard commands or ASCII characters at any point.
