What is Innovative’s email security policy?
Innovative has restricted use of email for transfer or reports and also avoids using public servers like hotmail or yahoo. In case if there is a particular requirement from the doctor who would like to accept files through email system, Innovative is ready to use HIPPA compliant email system, which is easily available from private companies. All other official emails have only access to me or to the server administrator and the attachments are well scanned with Norton Corporate Edition before downloading and uploading. Employees do not have access to use internet beyond their restricted medical sites.
