What is initialization?
Since the logic state of the DRAM internal circuit immediately after power application is undefined, initialization must be performed in order to secure normal operation. If initialization is not performed accurately, the device may not function normally. For the initialization method, refer to 3.2 Initializing in the user’s manual, or to Power-up Sequence in the product data sheet.
