In the art of Indonesian Epicurean it should be catered to the world higher demands and for more new diversed audiences. It is a Neuvo Indonesian Cuisine that would adapt to more French technics and Western cultures and westerns clients, such as less salt, less sweet, less spicy, also it could be more entertained and attractive both in basic structure of plate presentations. In my opinion Indonesian Bistro would be a positive addition in order to compete with other South East Asian cuisines such as Thai Foods, especially in the world of competitive fine art of cookery.
