What is Individual Career Coaching all about?
CCS’s founder, Katherine Chaffin, does our career coaching. With a master’s degree in counseling, plus over 15 years’ of broad-based career development expertise to draw from, Katherine is well suited to help you fast track a career transition. The goal of coaching is to pinpoint what is most important to you at this time, design a plan, and help you to execute your plan for maximum results. Career coaching is time intensive so we are able to help only a handful of coaching clients at any one time. The fee is $100 per hour. Payment is accepted through PayPal, bank draft, or personal check prior to the coaching session. There are no minimums, use only the time you need.
