What is included with the sale of my new Manufactured Home?
Through VA Mobile Homes, Inc., any new Manufactured home will have everything needed to move in. This will include the customers design options on: carpets, tile, 3/8 drywall, cabinets, and appliances. Also exterior options such as vinyl siding, roof shingles, shutters, and windows. The new Manufactured Home will also come with your complete set-up including: steps, skirting, a/c, all utility connections and inspections. Private Land set-up will require the Homeowner to make sure all utilities are within reasonable distance to connect to the home and items such as septic tanks are solely the Homeowners responsibility and are not included in the sale of the Manufactured home.
