What is included with the REVCORD Voice Logging System?
If the connection is to an analog or digital system the REVCORD package includes a dedicated PC with a highly specialized capture card and the REVCORD software as shown in the Commercial Demo. The system (model CYA/CM or MCS/CM) connects to your telephone system with an amphenol cable which is supplied as part of the package. The System includes a mouse and keyboard. If you need speakers or monitors your dealer can include these in their installed price. The System includes a One Year Limited Warranty and your dealer will probably recommend the addition of an extended maintenance agreement. If you have a VoIP phone system the REVCORD Voice Logging System is primarily a software package which can be loaded on your server or on a dedicated PC configured by REVCORD. The VoIP System will be priced on the basis of subscription including maintenance or on the basis of a permanent license with an accompanying maintenance agreement.
