What is included with the housing fee and what does my student need in the residence halls?
The housing fee includes a furnished room, suite, or apartment, Network data connection for computer and satellite/cable television service and all utilities except telephone line (land lines are not available to individual students). Each occupant is provided with single bed with an 80-inch mattress, individual desk with chair, chest of drawers. Each room/suite is equipped with microwave, refrigerator and window treatments. Students will provide their own sheets (twin, extra long, 80 inches), mattress pad, pillow, blanket/bedspread, towels, desk lamp, alarm clock, padlock for security box/drawer, cleaning supplies, laundry basket/bag, computer (not required). Residence halls are closed over the winter break.
