Folks who PRE-register will receive entry into the event of their choice (100, 60, 30 or 15km) , a hot lunch, and FREE short sleeve tshirt ($5 upgrade free for a Long Sleeve) and a detailed event flyer with maps and event information. The first 200 folks through registration will also be able to buffet the swag bag table where they can fill a bag with gifts from many of our sponsors.
