What is included with my Off-Site Built home purchase?
The Modular-Experts.com base price includes the home, delivery to your site, and applicable state sales taxes on the base price. Custom options that you want us to add to your home, such as skylights, fire sprinklers, or a whirlpool tub, cost extra. Additional costs which are paid to others include garage, land, utilities, permits, driveway, decking, foundation, and set-up (our manufacturer requires that you use our approved and affordable contractor for set-up to insure the structural integrity of your home).
