We also market on our web site and to other online rental sites. Your ad will also be featured in the local newspaper if determined that is needed. Another marketing strategy we do is to constantly update and post your new ads online once a week until your new tenant is found. This assures your ad placement is fresh and kept at the top of the latest search results.
