What is included in the standard workshop fee?
• Meeting space • Staff support Monday-Thursday from 6:30 am til 9:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am til 1:00 pm (staff is not available) • Hearty breakfast each morning, including hard boiled eggs, fruit, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries, baguettes, bagels and more, Monday – Friday • Afternoon cookies and/or other snacks • Coffee, teas, and sodas all day • Picnic on Thursday night, including beer and wine (family members welcomed) • Technical equipment (LCD’s, overheads, etc) • Tech support • Wireless internet at the meeting site • A few desktop computers • Copy machine & copies • Office supplies What can be provided, if organizers would like — costs vary: • Dinners • Lunches • Receptions Not included: • Lodging costs Please contact us at nana@telluridescience.org if you have any questions about these arrangements or if you would like us to assist you in finding a place to hold a reception or dinner.
