What is included in the shuttle rates?
• Value-Added Tax (VAT); • Free luggage equal to normal airline allowance, i.e.: (2) check-in, (1) carry-on, and (1) personal item (purse, laptop) per passenger; • Assistance with your bags; • Free child seat(s) available upon request, for infants and toddlers 0-3 years of age; • Highway tolls and parking, if applicable; • Liability insurance; • A clean van and a courteous, bi-lingual driver (English & French); • Door-to-door service between your arrival/departure terminal at the airport (or train station) and your hotel or other address. In addition, our Private Shuttles include the following: • Exclusive use of the vehicle (no sharing with other passengers); • “Meet-and-greet” service: your driver will meet you as you exit customs at the airport (or at your train platform), holding a sign with your name on it, and s/he will escort you to your vehicle.
