What is included in the restoration services?
• Members will be provided a general packet of information about the restoration process and guidance • The 3 major credit bureaus will be notified and assistance provided in placing fraud alerts. • Review the member’s credit file to determine accuracy and potential areas of fraud. • Notification of the identity fraud to the member’s affected creditors, financial institutions, credit card companies, utility providers, merchants…etc. • Provide information to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). • Provide assistance with obtaining and reviewing the member’s social security personal earnings and benefits statement. • Create and maintain a case file to document the identity fraud Back to Top Does my policy cover lost wages if I have to take time off work to fix my credit?
