• Printed instructions to get your computer working with ResNet. • Support from the IT Help Desk by email or free phone call to help you connect to and use the service. • An ethernet cable to connect your computer to the ethernet socket in your room. • Anti-virus software to protect your computer. • Access to Freewire digital television. • Access to facilities on the University network such as the Central User Filestore (Drive K on most public computers). • Access to your University email account or external email accounts. • Web access, including access to electronic library resources. • Access to instant messaging, Internet telephony, online radio stations, video, and other broadband services.
