What is included in the residence fees?
Fees include a residence room space (single or double), local phone service (long distance is not provided, students will have to sign up with a long distance provider such as PRIMUS), voice mail, Reznet internet access, mandatory meal plan, access to various residence activities and leadership experiences, and caretaking of common spaces.
In addition to lodging, the following are included in the room fee: water, heat, electricity, basic cable and wireless internet access. I have a student loan, can I still live in residence? You sure can! As long as the application fee and confirmation fee are paid, let us know that you are on student loan, and we will make arrangments with you in regards to payments. There is a $100 deferral fee for this.
