What is included in the price – and are there any hidden extras?
The price you are quoted by our staff includes your storage charge, rates, service charges, utility bills and maintenance costs. We don’t charge VAT on our spaces. You will need a padlock to secure your room and your goods will need to be insured whilst they are in storage. A refundable security deposit equal to one week’s storage charge (four weeks if you do not sign a direct debit) is payable when your storage starts, and is refunded when you vacate your storage room.
