What is included in the makeover – electrical, plumbing, flooring, paint, appliances?
The focus of the makeover is interior and/or exterior design and basic remodeling, e.g. fixtures and furnishings, configuration, coherence and usability of the space subject, as distinguished from infrastructural matters such as electrical wiring, plumbing and HVAC, architectural planning, and/or any major tear-down or structural alterations to the subject space.
