What is included in the lawn service?
STANDARD This is the service we are currently offering. Below is what is included with this service: -mowing of the grass -edging of the grass with standard edging techniques -blowing off the concrete areas such as sidewalks, patios, driveways, etc. -fertilization 10 times per year (several light fertilizations to keep the lawn looking it’s best) -adjust and check watering system as needed (average of once a month) -dethatching the lawn annually DELUXE This service includes everything the Standard service does with additional benefits listed below. This service is available for an additional $10 per month regardless of the size of your lawn. -weed control for the grass area -annual gypsum treatment of the lawn (helps loosen the soil and increase drainage) -dethatching the lawn a 2nd time in the spring.
