What is included in the homeowners dues? What is not included?
Dues include gates, streetlighting, common area maintenance, and lawn care. Reserves are also collected at closing for longer term needs the association may encounter in the future. Irrigation water is separate. Maintenance of the golf course and amenity areas are not included in the dues. The association is not responsible for these areas as they are not owned by the association. Use of the golf course and amenities are covered separately by the golf course fees (optional) and the Social Club fees (required – allows use of the amenities).
