What is included in the home/lot package and how will they be marketed?
The home/lot package will include the land, the home, the floor plan, the elevation and the builder. Each lot will have approximately six (6) to seven (7) different floor plans and several elevations, depending upon the size of the lot, available for construction on that lot. The consumer may approach his or her decision from two different angles. He or she may select a lot in an area they feel comfortable and then select the floor plan and elevation of their choice or they may select the floor plan and elevation of their choice and then locate a lot where the floor plan and elevation are applicable.
