The high wind/seismic package includes continuous metal strapping from the roof to the foundation at each panel corner, a second tension collar to resist roof uplift, and upgraded roof over deck hardware. Benefits include the ability to resist higher shear loads created by high winds or earthquakes, as well as an increased sense of security.
