Without penalty, you may cancel at any time during your free trial by simply contacting our support team by phone (888-898-4591). If you choose to continue your subscription with RingCentral, you will be automatically upgraded on the 8th day, and you’ll receive the full amount of included monthly minutes for your service level. If you run out of free minutes during your trial, you can purchase more minutes or simply upgrade your account manually by clicking the Prepaid Savings or Upgrade link from your online account.
