What is included in the free trial?
Regardless of the service level you select, you will receive 30 free minutes to use as you wish during the 7-day free trial. Without penalty, you may cancel at any time during your free trial by simply contacting our support team by phone (888-898-4591). If you choose to continue your subscription with RingCentral, you will be automatically upgraded on the 8th day, and you’ll receive the full amount of included monthly minutes for your service level. If you run out of free minutes during your trial, you can purchase more minutes or simply upgrade your account manually by clicking the Prepaid Savings or Upgrade link from your online account.
You will receive 60 free minutes to use as you wish during the 14-day free trial regardless of the service plan you select. Without penalty, you may cancel at any time during your free trial by simply contacting customer support. If you choose to continue your service, you will be automatically upgraded on the 8th day, and you’ll receive the full amount of included monthly minutes for the plan you have chosen. If you run out of free minutes during your trial, you will be billed for any minutes beyond the 60 at the per minute rate of your chosen plan.
