What is included in the Easton plan for improvements to the major, existing transportation network in the region?
Utilizing Easton as a catalyst to solve regional congestion has been a major focus in the transportation planning for Easton. GenCorp, Aerojet’s parent company, is actively working in partnership with public agencies, as well as other landowners and major businesses in the region, to create and support transportation projects that will improve mobility along the entire Highway 50 Corridor. These planned roadways will accommodate the new trips generated by Easton and other projects, and help redistribute existing trips to provide relief throughout eastern Sacramento County and western El Dorado County.
