What is included in the caterers area?
A. The catering area is an excellent staging area for food service. It offers good shelf and counter space to prep and serve food. It offers a large capacity commerical refrigerator, double sink and many electrical outlets as well as a private entrance from the back for privacy and efficiancy. Caterers prefer to work out of their own commercial kitchens with their own supplies for most of the food preperation.
