What is included in the ballroom rental price?
• Tables – including the following • Guest Seating Tables (rounds and banquet style) • Buffet Tables • Wedding Cake Table • Groom’s Cake Table • Guest Book Table • Gift Table • Classic White Table Linens • Staging and Dance Floor (There will be a set-up and break-down fee. Please contact Jim Thomas with Active Production & Design for more information at 678-904-1675) *All events are based on a four hour time block with an additional set-up time. *Based on our current inventory. Can I rent only one of the ballrooms for my ceremony and reception (Such as the Arctic, Pacific or Atlantic)? We will rent the entire Oceans Ballroom for your event on a Saturday evening; therefore you can have your ceremony in one portion of the ballroom and your reception in the remainder of the ballroom. Individual sections of the ballroom such as the Arctic, Pacific and Atlantic Rooms are not rented separately on Saturday evenings. If you are requesting a Friday evening, Saturday daytime, or Sunday, we will
