Intuitive, step-by-step electronic and hard copy versions of the template of an effective SPCC Plan based on the requirements of the SPCC rule. The format has been subject to actual EPA inspection with compliance as the finding. SPCC Template Program includes the template, easy section-by-section instructions for completion, and all necessary forms and checklists for compliance. A Powerpoint® presentation is included to meet the SPCC training requirement. Also included are EPA checklists and guidance for self-auditing. The author of the template, Douglas Dean, is a registered Professional Engineer with experience in preparing SPCC Plans for over 100 facilities of all types including electric utilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, manufacturing plants, mining operations, and others.
