What is included in my booth space fee?
• Each 100 square feet (10 x 10 booth space) includes the following: 8-foot back panel 36-inch side rails; a 7 x 44 sign for the company name, one 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. Carpet is not included with your booth – you must order through GES. • For marketing purposes, exhibiting companies may make a one-time request (before or after the conference) to receive an electronic copy of currently registered healthcare attendees (names and addresses). Phone numbers, fax numbers, or e-mail addresses of our attendees are not provided.
