What is included in my Activity Tracker?
Activity Tracker includes a Summary report of all contacts (calls and e-mails) from your FindLaw marketing program. The Call Detail report lists calls made through the unique trackable phone numbers, reporting the phone number the call came from, date/time of the call, name of the caller and other information. The E-mail Detail report shares contact forms submitted through your FindLaw products, reporting the date/time of the submission and all of the submitter’s inputs into the form.
