Free e-mail technical support comes with the program, even if you are using the 30-day trial. This means you can send unlimited questions via e-mail to our tech support department. We will do our best to respond to your e-mail within 2-3 hours of the time we receive it (please allow for our regular business hours). Other free (and FAST!) options include our Frequently Asked Questions, User’s Manual, and Free Video Demonstrations.
