Hardware and Software – Prescribers eligible for the handheld solution receive portable handheld devices for use in the exam room. This works in tandem with desktop access through the Availity portal, available to all prescribers, for staff to quickly and easily authorize refills. Installation – Prescribers eligible for the handheld solution have equipment custom-installed and configured to work with their practice management system for instant access to scheduling and patient data. Support – When questions arise, a dedicated Prematics representative will help get prescribers started with easy-to-use online training and resources, as well as personal customer support.
