What Is Included In A Sports Guardian Membership?
Once you enroll your child as a Sports Guardian Member, you will receive a unique Identification Number for your child and a set of ID Tags that can be strapped to a sports bag, backpack, etc. In case of an emergency, the person caring for your child can use the Identification Number and a Toll Free Number to access your child’s medical records through a fax back service. Each child requires a separate membership, although family memberships are available.
