What is included in a membership?
A CCC membership gives you access to all of the following: open swim, open gym, open skate, access to the wellness addition, walking track, sauna, steam room, lap swim, warm & hot spa, and kids climbing wall. If you decide to become a Premier member at a higher membership rate, included in your membership is all of the above in addition to daycare, group fitness classes, and racquetball, and towels. How long does it take if I want to cancel my membership? If you have a monthly membership, it takes 30-60 days to cancel. If you know when you want your membership to end, for example if you want your membership to expire at the end of February, call our membership coordinator before January 15th and let her know you want to cancel your membership. When can I get my membership card? Newly purchased memberships are processed the next business day, and you can come in anytime after that to have your picture taken.

In addition to multiple communication methods to interact with your coach, you also receive a personal plan developed specifically for you in the area of your health interest(s), hand-selected educational materials, access to one of the best health information portals, daily messages of education and inspiration from your coach, and other resources to keep you up to date on the latest in the health world. You’ll receive a wealth of searchable and self-help related materials to help you help yourself to improve your lifestyle. You also receive email access to your coach via the website.
Once you have signed up to a Life2theMax membership your child or children will be sent a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation which takes into account the following: • Cardiovascular profile and exercise regime • Hereditary profile and implications • Stress profile • Clinical history • Nutrition analysis • Goals and aspirations • Food intolerance With the diagostic record, we can plan each child’s time at the Academy specifically to their own needs and requirements. We will of course consult with you on the personal plan and adjust according to your input and priorities. In addition to specific target tracking that will come about as a result of attending the academy, the holistic assessment is repeated 12 months on and reviewed and altered to ensure ongoing improvement as tailored to each child’s specific needs.
