What is included in a Ledger Forward Balance conversion?

This conversion is each patient’s outstanding balance converted into one Balance Forward Line on the ledger. If an Insurance conversion is also purchased, the conversion will include two lines per patient (Patient Balance Forward and Insurance Balance Forward).
