What is included in a General Power of Attorney?

0

The Power of Attorney is from the authorized person (in our case, the director) to the beneficial owner or his appointee. The POA is a letter of appointment of an Attorney-in-Fact for the company and lays out the powers of this newly appointed Attorney-in-Fact. These powers may be total or limited. It provides for the date and time from which the authority is effective and if it is to be limited in time, this date and time when the POA may expire will be included.
