What is in vegetarian sushi?

0

When I order vegetarian sushi from a restaurant, it will usually contain cucumber, avocado, tofu and sometimes carrots. Of course, there is also the sushi rice, wasabi and nori. If you make it yourself, those are some nice things to start with but if you want to you can put in pretty much anything you like. In Japan, there are a lot of varieties on sushi and people use pretty much anything they feel like using. Usually, when you order sushi at a sushi restaurant, the menu will tell you what’s in it, and if not just ask the waiters.
