What is in the Confidante kit and what do I need?
Confidante speakers or “Emitters” are installed at about 1 for every 100 square feet of covered area. You don’t need to put them in conference rooms, kitchen and dining area or storage rooms. They only go where privacy is needed. Kits contain everything needed (All components are plug and play): instructions and owners’ manual (English), control module (8″x8″x2″), 12 volt AC power supply (sits existing outlets), wireless remote control (5″x2″x.25″), ultra-wide dispersion transducers (Sets of 4 – each speaker is 3.5″ in diameter x 3″H) with SlipLok feature, RJ45 plug and play ports, pre-cut 16 ft. CAT5 cables with R45 modular connectors, hole-saw (to cut ceiling mounting holes). Options (paging module or brackets for non-tile ceilings) are available. Anyone can do it.
